If needed, your apostilled document will be reviewed and emailed directly to the address you provided.📬 We’re here by email if you need support or help correcting any issues

Notarization (If Required)

Some documents must be notarized before they can be apostilled.🖋 We’ll notify you if notarization is required.📍 Use Remote Online Notarization (RON) — fast, legal, and 100% online.

Submit Payment

Choose your services and pay securely online.💳 Flat-fee pricing includes form preparation and (if selected) document review. Government fees are not included.

Create an Account or Log In

Start by creating a secure account to access your forms, track your order, and get personalized support.🔐 Only basic info is required (name, email, password).

Complete the Online Apostille Form

After logging in, fill out your state-specific form directly on our site.📝 If selected, we use your answers to review your packet before emailing to you for mailing.

Optional: Upload Your Document for Review

Want a second set of eyes?📤 Upload your document (PDF, JPG, PNG, or DOCX) for optional review. We'll check for common errors or apostille eligibility.

Notices & Clarifications

Document Review Only

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for mailing your documents and paying all state or federal fees.
